Landing on the shores of Salisbury Plain, Bay of Isles, a sight of 15,000 pairs of King Penguins (Aptenodytes patagonicus) awaits you. There are 27, 000 pairs in the Bay of Isles which is one of the largest colonies. Every so often a King flaps his wings and creates a flutter among his fellow Kings. |
